Agreement
By accessing https://ourolabs.co or related Ouro Labs services, you agree to these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. Separate agreements may govern paid or pilot deployments.
The service
Ouro Labs provides operational software for research environments. Features, availability, and performance may change as the product evolves. Early access and pilot programs may include limited support and scheduled changes.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access to workspaces or systems, interfere with other users, upload malware, or use Ouro Labs in violation of applicable law. You are responsible for activity under your account credentials.
Accounts and access
Access requires valid authentication and workspace authorization. Ouro Labs may suspend access that poses security risk or violates these terms. Institutional administrators control membership within their workspaces.
Intellectual property
Ouro Labs retains rights in the platform, branding, and documentation. Customer organizations retain rights in their operational data submitted to workspaces, subject to the license needed for Ouro Labs to host and process that data.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Ouro Labs does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Operational decisions in laboratories and institutions remain the responsibility of those organizations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ouro Labs Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the service. Direct liability is limited to amounts paid to Ouro Labs for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no fees were paid, whichever is greater.
