Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly — such as contact forms, early access requests, and account profile details — and information generated when you use the service, including sign-in events, workspace activity necessary to operate the product, and technical logs (browser type, IP address, timestamps) for security and reliability.
Authentication
Sign-in is provided through Auth0. Auth0 processes credentials and identity attributes according to its own policies. Ouro Labs receives identity information needed to provision workspace access and enforce permissions.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve the platform, respond to inquiries, secure accounts and tenants, comply with law, and communicate about service-related matters. We do not sell personal information.
Workspace and tenant data
Operational data entered into a customer workspace is controlled by the customer organization. Ouro Labs processes that data to deliver the service under contractual terms with the organization where applicable.
Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and customer relationship.
Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures described on our security page. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain personal information. Contact us at info@ourolabs.co. Some requests may need to be routed through your institution if Ouro Labs processes your data on their behalf.
